What type of material do you use?

We use Polyethylene terephthalate glycol, commonly known as PETG or PET-G. A thermoplastic polyester provides excellent chemical resistance, durability, and impact resistance.

Why do you use PETG and not PLA?

We decided to use PETG because it is more robust and flexible and will last longer than similar products made from PLA.

Is the material that you use toxic?

We use high-quality PETG that is non-toxic.

Is the material that you use food safe?

Yes, the PETG material that we use is food-safe. Although we strive to keep a very high level of hygiene, we consider the manufacturing process not food-safe. Thus please do not use our cutters for any food application.

What is the cutting edge width?

The cutting edge of our products is between 0.37 - 0.4 mm.

How do we measure our cutters?

Measurements are taken at the longest part of the inside shape, representing the actual cut of the polymer clay. We allow a +/- 0.5mm variation.

What type of materials can I cut?

Our cutters are designed and intended to cut polymer clay only.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by negligence, improper use, or application.

Do I need any post-processing after cutting?

Our cutters are designed for a clean and sharp cut with minimal post-processing time. If required, the edges of the polymer clay could be smoothened with a bush, fingertips, or sanded after baking.

How do I take care of my cutters?

The edge of the cutters is between 0.37 - 0.4 mm, and it is very sharp. Thus it is susceptible to bend and break. Please do not bend, stretch or put heavy objects on the cutters. When used, press gently and do not use excessive force. When finished, wash with warm water and soap (optional).

Can I rinse my cutters in the dishwasher?

A typical dishwasher cycles at around 60C/140F, while the glass transition temperature of PETG is typically around 85C/185F. Thus we consider our cutters' dishwasher safe. However, we do not recommend placing your cutters in the dishwasher as they may deform.

When is my order going to be shipped?

Your order is processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. We reserve the right to ship between 3-5 days on rare occasions. Shipping Policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene concerns.
However, feel free to reach out to us if there is damage upon receipt of the product. Contact Us

My package is missing, what should I do?

Please check with the shipping carrier if your package is marked as delivered, but it is missing. Check with your neighbors if it is delivered by mistake to their address.

We are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages.

The products in my order arrived damaged, what should I do?

In case an item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will replace it free of charge. Contact Us
